I’ve come to terms that I’ve found the value in solitude, especially when faced with the option of miserable company* or joyful solitude.
(*That is not to say that all company is misery, but a small handful of the people I know just have a knack for making me feel pretty worthless. I’ve learned to keep my distance. I digress.)
